From the early acquisition that launched TriEnda under new ownership to the consolidation of leadership and formation of KFI in 2019, each step built upon the last, strengthening the company’s structure, identity, and long-term direction.
Trienda Purchase
David Kruger, Warren Kruger and John Brown formed Trienda Holdings, L.L.C. (“TriEnda”) to purchase the assets of Lexington Logistics (dba TriEnda) in a Wisconsin 128 Receivership Transaction.
2014
Trienda Buys Out C3 Capital
TriEnda repurchased the shares of C3 Capital, an original capital provider for the 2014 asset purchase.
2016
Penda Acquisition
Kruger Brown Holdings, LLC (“Kruger Brown”) is formed to effectuate the reverse merger of TriEnda and The PendaForm Company (“Penda”).
2016
John Brown Retires
Kruger Brown agrees to purchase John Brown’s outstanding shares, and John Brown retires. In a companywide email, David wrote, “His influence and impact on our business has been immeasurable. I could not be more thankful for his contributions over the last 5+ years. He’s been a wonderful partner, mentor and friend.”
2019
Kruger Family Industries
With David and Warren remaining as the only key shareholders, the Company changed its name to Kruger Family Industries, LLC (“Kruger Family Industries” or “KFI”).
